MIPAN MAGIC SILVER nano protects you from various kinds of germs harmful to the human body with the Ag contained in the fiber. As MAGIC SILVER nano suppresses the proliferation of Staphylococcus aureus, Pneumococcus, Escherichia coli, MRSA, etc, it prevents the smell of perspiration and the odors produced by the germs.

Magic Silver Nano suppresses the proliferation of molds.

SUBLIMATION PROCESS:

The sublimation process has been around for many years but has really been taken up in the sportswear market with improved technology and improved polyester fabrics. The process involves 5 steps
1.Designing a garment
2.Printing the design onto papers
3.Pressing the papers onto polyester fabric
4.Cutting the fabric
5.Making the garments

At Rider we require the artwork in vector eps files. You have a choice by selection one of our standard designs (See Design Your Own on our web page) and avoiding much of the set up costs, or by designing you own unique design.

Once we have the required design Rider will set it up on the required pattern and supply a tester which is a strike off for the customer to confirm the colours, design and fabric. Once this has been approved Rider will require 4 to 5 weeks manufacturing time.
